Examines the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on film exhibition using the example of the James Bond film 'No Time to Die', whose theatrical release was delayed from April 2020 to September 2021. Considers the film's fortunes in the context of developments in the global entertainment business during a period which saw major Hollywood studios experimenting with a range of release models including simultaneous theatrical and online release and straight-to-streaming releases, as well as Amazon's acquisition of MGM and the Bond intellectual property.
